If you are looking to try to make a lemon law claim, the first step is the Attorney General's Office. Below are links to the general information regarding Lemon Law. The first link is the general site, the second link is a PDF guide to the consumer about New Car Lemon Law, and the third is the application for the New Car Lemon Law program. You would fill out the application and submit it to the Attorney General's office. They do all the initial intake. After they accept the application and deem it complete, they then hand it off to us to facilitate the rest.
