Early Intervention Mediation
ACCORD mediates disputes between parties and the Early Intervention Program of the NYS Dept of Health. Parents have the option to enter into mediation to resolve disagreements with the Early Intervention Officer regarding the Individualized Family Service Plans. Early Intervention Mediation is allows for parents to communicate with the providers/team of their child.
