I understand that orders will be filled in the order received, as inventory remains available. Should my selection be sold out I understand that I will be contacted and that every effort will be made to offer a substitute.

I understand that there are no refunds once my order has been processed and filled. In addition, plants not picked up by 09/25/2026 will be considered a donation to ACCORD

I am a voluntary participant in this fundraising event. I assume full and complete responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur during my participation in this fundraiser or while on the premises of this event and I hereby release and hold harmless and covenant not to file suit against ACCORD A Center for Dispute Resolution, Voices for Children / Court Appointed Special Advocates , entities associated with the fundraiser, its local affiliates and affiliated individuals from any loss, liability or claims I may have arising out of my participating in the event, including personal injury or damage suffered by me or others, whether same be caused by falls, contact with participants, negligence of the releases or otherwise. I give my full permission to ACCORD to use any photographs, videotapes or audiotapes that are made during the course of the fundraising event. I understand that this waiver and release may be stored electronically and agree that a copy is authentic and admissible as evidence in any future dispute or proceeding.
