Small Claims Mediation
Mediation is a voluntary, confidential process where a neutral third party (the mediator) facilitates communication between disputing parties to help them reach a mutually acceptable agreement. It is
commonly used in family disputes, workplace conflicts, and civil matters.

Key Points of Mediation:
1. Neutral Mediator: The mediator(s) does not take sides or make decisions but helps facilitate a conversation between parties toward a resolution.

2. Collaborative: The process emphasizes cooperation and understanding, enabling parties to address underlying issues and maintain relationships.

3. Voluntary and Confidential: Participation is optional, and discussions during mediation cannot be used in court.

4. Flexible and Informal: Mediation is less rigid than court proceedings, allowing tailored solutions to meet the needs of all involved.

5. Cost-Effective and Timesaving: Mediation is often quicker and less expensive than going to
court.

Outcomes: If successful, the agreement reached in mediation can be formalized into a written document, which may be legally binding. If mediation fails, parties can still pursue litigation.

5. Who Can Participate in Mediation?
• Parties involved: Plaintiff, Defendant, Attorney’s, Support Persons and Mediator(s).

6. We accept all different types of small claims cases as well, such as:
